On reading and Considering the Pet^o of Cha: Rivers for his
relief being under Confinement in a Close Goal at the Suit
of Charles Carroll Esq^r Deceased &c, And on hearing as
well the Motion made by said Petitioner's Wife as M^r Ja^s
Carroll on behalfe of the said Charles Carroll Ex^r of the s^d
Charles Carroll Esq^r deceased the said Exec^r being Present in
relation to the Premisses Contained in the within pet^o Its
Ordered on the Prayer of the said pet^rs Wife that the Sher-
riff of Ann Arundell Co^ty bring before this house the said
