This Bill being Read will pass with the folio amendm'3 Viz :
Instead of the words (of the Costs and Damages Decreed
against them untill the Determinacon of the Commrs of review
shall be had thereupon) These words be Incerted viz. (of all
such Costs and Damages for which, They are or shall be in
Execution in Case they do not Enter and Prosecute their Ap-
peale According to the Directions of this Act or that it shall
not be Otherwise Decreed by the Commrs of Review)
