Who make Choice of Philemon Lloyd Esqr for their Chair-
man and Accept of Phillip Hammond as Clerk. And so
adjourn till the Morning eight a Clock. And meet in the
Morning again According to Adjournment Present as before
and proceed to draw the following Address Viz:

To the King's most Excellent Majesty

The Address of the Governour and the Members of the
Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly in the Province of
Maryland the 28th of May 1719.

Dread Sovereigne.
We your Majestys dutifull and Loyall Subjects, in this
remote Province in Humility begg leave to Address your
Sacred Person to congratulate you on your many Happy dis-
coveries of the Designs of your Enemies, and the Continuance
of your precious life to the Happy Conjunction on which we
with Joy Solemnize the Anniversary of your Birth.
May the King of Kings, assist & [Enable] you, to disapoint
all projects of your Enemies and to Establish a Protestant
constitution in Church and State in all your Dominions

May the bounty of Heaven continue your Majesty and your
Posterity to be the Arbiters of Europe, the terror of your
Enemies, and the Joy of your people till time shall be no more.
