16^o An engrost bill to Limitt the Continuance in sev^ll Courts
within this Province and ascertaining the Manner of Taking
the Evidence of sea faring men and for granting Appeals
from the Chancery Court to the Governour and Councill.
17^o An engrost bill for the Better supporting the magis-
trates in the Admrcon of Justice within this Province and for
the Disabling Thomas Macnemara Esq^r to Practice therein
18^o An engrost bill empowering a Comittee to Lay assess
and apportion the Publick Levy for this psent year 1718.
After which His Excellency is pleased to Prorogue the
Assembly as follows viz.

Gent. With the Advice of the Right Honble the Lord
Prop^rys Councill I have thought fitt & do hereby Prorogue
this psent Generall Assembly untill the Seventh day of Octo-
ber next ensuing,

And do require you to take Notice that you are Accord-
ingly Prorogued.

So Ends this Third Sessions of Assembly held for this
Province since his Lordship the Right Hon^ble Charles Abso-
lute Lord and Prop^ry of the Provinces of Maryland and
Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore has been Restored to his
Government of this Province this Tenth day of May in the
Third year of his said Lordships Dominion &c. Annoq Domini
