that so many of the Judges of the provinciall Court as are
here Present may give an Account in Writeing of all the
Affronts & Indignities that now occurr to their memorys

which the said Macnemara has Offered to them in the Execu-
tion of their Office which Relation may Serve as a Rule for a
further Proceeding of this House
Whereupon the Gentlemen Justices of the Provl Court here
Present lay before his Excellency And this House their Repre-
sentation as follows.

To his Excellency and the Uper & Lower Houses of As-
sembly

The humble Representation of the Justices of the Provl
Court

Humbly sheweth. That Mr Macnemara a Practr of the
Law in the Provinciall & other Courts in this Province is a
Person of such a Turbulent, Refractory Haughty & Abusive
temper, that It hath been his comon Practice (when his Cir-
cumstances would any wise support him) to despise Affront &
contemn the Authority of the Justices of such Courts Espe-
cially that of the Provinciall for which he hath been hereto-
fore Suspended And upon his Humble Petition Seting forth
the Acknowledgments of the Offence and solemn Promises of
Regulateing his behaviour for the future he hath been Re-
stored, which the Records in this Province do manifestly make
Appear. That notwithstanding his former Submission he has
Repeated his Insolent & Contemptuous behaviour by upbraid-

ing the Chief Justice of the Provll Court with Partialily and

even Dareing the Court to pceed or give Judgment Contrary
to his Sentiments And Particularly at a Speciall Court of
Oyer and Terminer and Goal Delivery for the Tryal of cer-
tain Delinquents upon Bills of Indictment found agt them for
firing the Great Guns at the City of Annapolis on the Pre-
tenders Birthnight, where in the Face of the whole Court and
in Order to run down and Decry the Jurisdiction thereof and
to Intimidate the Judges who denyed the Allowance of a
