In the Register of Prize Ships the Capture and Condemna-
tion must be absolutely mentioned instead of the time and place
of Building. List of all Ships trading to and from the Planta-
tions or from one Plantation to another are to be prepared
Quarterly by the Collectors of the Customs and the Naval
Officers in the respective Plantations, in order to be trans-
mitted by you to the Lord High Treasurer or Lords Com-
missioners of the Treasury for the time being, and to the
Commissioners of his Majesty's Customs at London by the
first Opportunity of Shipping every Quarter
