There not being a Sufficient Number of Members of the
Lower House in Town to make an House it is Ordered that
the present General Assembly of this Province which was to
have met at the City of Annapolis on Monday the 27^th day of
this Ins^t October be prorogued to Tuesday the 28^th of October
and Proclamation issued accordingly.

Tuesday 28^th October 1766.

Ordered that the present General Assembly of this Prov-
ince which was to have met at the City of Annapolis on Tues-
day the 28^th day of this Ins^t October be prorogued to Wednes-
day the 29^thof October, and Proclamation issued accordingly.

At a Council held at the Council Chamber on Wednesday
the 29^th day of October in the sixteenth year of his Lordships
Dominion Anno Domini 1766.

The honble Benjamin Tasker, John Ridout, Charles Golds-
borough, and Henry Hooper Esq^rs

Benedict Calvert Esq^r takes and Subscribes the Oath of Ab-
juration directed to be taken by the late Act of Parliament.
Ordered that the present General Assembly of this Province
which was to have met at the City of Annapolis on Wednesday
the 29^th day of this Instant October be prorogued to Thursday
the 30^th of October and Proclamation issued accordingly.

Thursday 30^th October 1766.

Ordered that the present General Assembly of this Province
which was to have met at the City of Annapolis on Thursday
the 30^th day of this Instant October be prorogued to Friday
the 31^st of October and Proclamation issued accordingly.

Friday 31^st October 1766.

Ordered that the present General Assembly of this Province
which was to have met at the City of Annapolis on Friday the
31^st day of this Instant October be prorogued to Saturday the
1^st day of November next and Proclamation issued accord-
ingly.
