Wee also find upon due Examination of the writ of Election
& Indentures for Prince Georges County that the delegates
in the said Indentures mentioned (To Witt) Mr Robert Tyler,
Majr Josiah Willson, Mr James Stoddert & Majr John Brad-
ford are duely Elected according to law.
Wee also find upon due Examination of the writ of Election
& Indentures for Baltemore County that the delegates in the
said Indentures mentioned (To Witt) Capt James Maxwell,
Capt Richd Colegate Mr ffrancis Dallahyde, and Mr Peter Bond
are duely Elected according to law.
Wee also find upon due Examination of the writ of Election
& Indentures for Calvert County, that the delegates in the
said Indentures mentioned To witt Col John Maxwell, Jno
Rousby Esqr Mr Nathanl Dare & Mr Wm Young are duely
Elected according To law.
Wee also find upon due Examinarion of the writ of Election
& Indentures, for Talbott County that the Delegates in the
said Indentures mentioned (To witt) Col Matthew Tilghman
Ward Mr Thomas Robins, Mr James Lloyd, & Mr Thos Em-
berson are duely Elected according to law.
Wee also find upon due Examination of the writ of Election
& Indentures for Dorchester County that the Delegates in
the said Indentures mentioned (To witt) Mr John Brannock,
Mr Peter Taylor Mr Tobias Pollard, and Mr John Meakins are
duely Elected according to law.
Wee also find upon due Examination of the writ of Election
and Indentures for Annarundell County that the delegates in
the said Indentures mentioned (To witt) Capt Danl Mariartee
Mr Joseph Hill, Mr Alexander Warfield and Mr Richd Warfield
are duely Elected according to law.
Wee also find upon due Examination of the Indentures for
Queen Anns County that the Delegates therein mentioned
To witt Mr Charles Wright Mr Wm Turbutt Majr John Haw-
kins and Mr Edward Wright are Duely Elected according to
law, But the Sherriff hath not Complyed with the duty of his
office in not returning the writ of Election, according to the
tenor of the sd writ
Wee also find upon due Examination of the writ of Election
& Indentures for Somerset! County, that the delegates in the
said Indentures mentioned To witt Mr Thos Dashield Mr Wm
Whittington Junr Mr John Purnall, and Mr Saml Hopkins are
