We have perused the Draught of an Address to the Right
Honble the Lord Proprietary brought down to us by the
honble Col Coursey & three others of the honble members of
the Upper House on Saturday last and have prepared another
which contains all the Alterations We thought proper to make
both which Draughts are herewith sent that your Honours
may on perusal choose that which to your House seems meet
