Mr Speaker a Bill for Publication of Marriages thus indorsed
Viz.

The above Indorsement being read and debated it is pro-
posed to the Delegates that the Act now in force for the Pub-
lication of Marriages be only revised this Sessions.

Then was read the Proceedings of this House on Yesterday
Colo Thomas Greenfield from the Honble Council acquaints
Mr Speaker that the Honble Council had agreed and assented
to the two ingrossed Bills following the 25th May 1715.
An ingrossed Bill for securing Merchants and others To-
bacco & against false packing &ca
An ingrossed Bill for taking Special Bail in the Prov1 &
County Courts.
The following being prepared in Answer to the Message
brought down from the Honble Council by Colo Coursey on
Yesterday is ordered to be entered Viz.
