Mr Foster Turbutt from the Committee of Laws delivers
Mr Speaker the following Bills Viz.
A Bill ascertaining what Damages shall be allowed on pro-
tested Bills of Exchange which was read the first & second
Time by especial Order and ordered to be thus indorsed Viz.
