Whereas the Act for regulating Ordinarys is expired it is
humbly proposed to the Consideration of the House whether
it be not convenient to provide some Law in Relation thereto.

Which Report being read, it is Ordered the Committee of
Laws prepare and bring in with all convenient Speed a Bill
for regulating Ordinaries.

Assembly in Maryland the 30th of April 1679 an Impost is by
the said Act appropriated for the use and Support of this
Government, our Will and Pleasure is that towards your
Maintenance in the Government of the said Province you take
