The Petition of Ledstone Smallwood son of Colo James
Smallwood deceased and of John Smallwood his Grandson
praying Leave to bring in a Bill to confirm a Deed Poll made
by the said Smallwood deceased for conveying of Land to
them in fee Simple and fee Tail was read and Ordered Leave
be given to bring in a Bill with a Salvo to the widow of Colo
Smallwood of her Right of Dower in such Sort as if the Act
never past.
A Bill for supplying a Defect in the last Will and Testament
of John Parramore deced was read the first and second Time
by especial Order and Ordered to be thus indorsed Viz.

The same is sent up to the Honble Council by Mr Ballard and
Mr Purnell.
They return and say they delivered the said Bill.
