102 Assembly Proceedings, April 26-June 3, 1715.

Forenoon till Eleven and from One in the Afternoon till five
every Day during this psent Sessions is well approved of
Signed p Order W. Bladen Cl. Conl.

The House adjourns till to Morrow Morning Eight O'Clock.

Thursday Morning 28th April 1715.

The House met according to Adjournment. Present as on
Yesterday.

Then was read the Proceedings of this House on Yesterday.

Ordered the Thanks of this House be given the Reverend
Mr Samuel Shippen Rector of Saint Ann's for the excellent
Sermon he preached yesterday before his Excy the Gov. and
Council and the Members of this House by Mr Bordley Mr
Tyler, Capt. Mariarte, Mr Robins, Mr Turbutt and Capt. Codd.
They return and say they returned him thanks accordingly.

Mr Richard Colegate a Member for Baltimore County
appeared this Day in the House

Ordered That Colo James Maxwell and Major James Philips
go up along with him to the Council Chamber to see him
qualified by taking the usual Oaths appointed by Act of
Parliament. They return and say they saw him qualified
accordingly.

The House adjourns till One O'Clock in the Afternoon.

Thursday Afternoon

The House met according to Adjournment. Present as in
the Morning.

The Petition of Richard Manning being read, it is ordered
That the several Parties concerned attend at the Bar of this
House at Eight of the Clock to Morrow Morning in Order
for a full Debate of the matter alledged in the Petition.

Ordered That Mr Thomas Holdsworth and Mr Benjamin
Tasker go up to the Council Chamber along with Mr Pnelps
Naval Officer of Potowmack to see him prove his Accounts.
They return and say they saw him prove his Accounts.

The House adjourns till to Morrow Morning Eight O'Clock.

Fryday Morning 29th April 1715

The House met again according to Adjournment. Present
as on Yesterday.

Then was read the Proceedings of this House on Yesterday.
