In reply to your Message this Day by the Honble Col Hol-
land and three others of your Board This House say they
know of no Reflections or Want of Judgemt in their Message
& cannot recede from their opinion but that this Bill is of
Absolute necessity and to cultivate the good opinion you desire
between your Board & this House Request the Conference
you are willing to agree to and have appointed the several
members that went on the last Conference to confer with the
members of your Board to morrow morning at 11 of the Clock
at Mr Dodds if your Honours think fitt

Novemr 5th 1712
This House have resolved to Settle Baltimore County Court
at the new Court House at Joppa & have ordered Col Max-
well to lay before them the Agreement made with the Justices
for building that Court House & that in the mean Time the
Justices of that County forbear to levy any Tobacco on that
Account. To which they desire the Concurrence of the
Honble Council
