Ordered Richard Dallam be allowed next Year in Somerset
County 3000 lb Tobo to make his Allow, in St Mary's County
equivalent to the Tobacco he ought to have had in Prince
George's or Calvert County
Major Gale and Mr Bordley sent to the Honble Council to
acquaint that Board this House have nothing before them and
are ready to attend their Honrs to compleat this Session.

On Behalf of her most Sacred Majesty Queen Ann of Great
Britain &ta I will this be a Law And inform Mr Speaker that
the Honble President commands him and the whole House to
attend him in the Council Chamber to compleat this Session.
Mr Speaker and the House adjourn to the Council Chamber
where Mr Speaker presented to the Honble President the
several ingrossed Bills assented to this Session
Being in Number 20 whose Titles follow viz'
1 An Act to impower Commissioners to appoint and cause
to be laid out three thousand Acres of Land on Broad Creek
in Somerset County for the Use of the Nanticoke Indians so
long as they shall occupy the same
2 An Act appointing how long suspected Runaways shall
lye in Prison
3 An Act ascertaining the Gauge of Tobacco Hhds and to
prevent cropping cutting and defacing Tobo taken on Board
Ships and Vessels upon Freight
4 An Act to reform the ill Practice of High Sheriffs within
this Province
5 An Act reviving and continuing an Act of Assembly in
this Province intitled an Act for the ordering & regulating the
