heard to this Bill it's referred to the next Session according
to former Order

Also Prince George's County Petition about the Ferry.
The House adjourned till to Morrow Morning Nine O'Clock.

The House met according to Adjournment Being called
over were present as Yesterday except Mr William Wilkinson
who had Leave to go Home.

Bill investing Land in Richard Bennett Esq. again read and
committed for Amendment
Bill investing Land in Seward's Heirs again read and re-
ferred till next Session of Assembly
Ordered the Treasurer of the Western Shore send for a
Flagg and six Drum Lines for the publick use and at their
Cost and Risque.
The Honble Colo Tilghman enters the House and delivers
Mr Speaker the Journal of the Committee of Accounts assented
to by the Honble Council
Mr Philips, Mr Bordley, Mr Hill, Mr Bradford and Mr Scott
appointed to join with some Members of her Majesty's Honble
Council to apportion the publick Levy.
The following ingrossed Bills read,
1. Ingrossed Bill appointing how long Runaways shall be
in Prison
2. Ingrossed Bill reviving and continuing the Act for regu-
lating the Militia
3. Ingrossed Bill to reform the ill Practice of High Sheriffs
4. Ingrossed Bill confirming the Title of Land to Colo Hol-
land Saml Chew and Richard Harrison &c
5. Ingrossed Bill for Relief of Tobias and John Pollard
6. Ingrossed Bill reviving and continuing the Act for Limi-
tation of Officers Fees.
