And also acquaints him that his Excy the Gov. requires him
and the whole House to attend him in the Council Chamber
to see the said Law sealed and his Excy pass the Royal Assent
thereto. The House accordingly adjourns to the Council
Chamber where Mr Speaker presented to said Bill to his Excy
the Governor for the Royal Assent to be given thereto Viz.
A Bill for adjusting the publick Charge of this Province
and appointing a Committee to apportion the same for this
present Year One thousand seven hundred and fourteen.
Which said Bill his Excy the Gov. was pleased to Enact into
a Law by sealing the same with the great Seal of this Province
and indorsing it in the following Manner Viz.

After which his Excy the Gov. was pleased to declare that
with the Advice of her Majesty's Honble Council he thought
fit to prorogue this present General Assembly till the tenth
Day of November next to which Time they were accordingly
