His Excellency the Governeur
Col Edward Lloyd Col Thos Greenfield
The honble Col Wm Holland Col Thos Addison
Col Wm Coursey Capt John Dorsey &
Lt Col Richard Tilghman

Mr James Lloyd & Mr James Macall brought from their
House the following Message Viz.

By the House of Delegates
October the 6th 1714

This House in order to the better dispatch of the Business
of this Session do propose sitting from nine of the Clock in
the morning till four in the Afternoon every day during the
Continuance thereof & pray your Excellencys & Honour's
Concurrence

Which was approved of by his Excellcy & this Board and
the following Message was sent to the House by Col Green-
field Viz.

By his Excellency the Governeur & Council in Assembly
October the 6th, 1714

U. H. J.

We approve of the time you propose for the daily sitting
of your House during this Session & acquaint you this Board
design to meet at ten in the morning & sit till four in the
Afternoon during the Continuance thereof.

Post Meridiem

The Governeur & Council Sate Present as in the morning
with the addition of the honble John Hall Esqr
His Excellency was pleased to read the 22d Article of her
Majesty's royal Instructions to him as follows Viz.
And that It may the better be understood what Acts and
Laws are in force in our said Province of Maryland you are
with the Assistance of our Council there to take Care that all
