and her Majesty's Council
Lt Col Mackall & nine more brought up from the House
Viz
By the House of Delegates
November the 13th 1713

In Condescention to your Honour's Message this morning
by Col Holland & three more of your honble Board we have
maturely considered of the Conference so often demanded ;
and appointed the members herewith sent to join in Confer-
ence with such members of your Board as you shall appoint
to confer on the Subject matter and that they may meet
thereon immediately at such place as your Honours shall
appoint.

In complyance whereto ordered that the honble Col Holland
Mr Samuel Young Col Addison Mr Philemon Lloyd & Lt Col
Tilghman join the members of the House of Delegates ap-
pointed on the afd Conference immediately at the House of
Mr John Dodd and give notice thereof to the Delegates, and
that it be an Instruction to the Conferees from this Board to
urge the Delegates to a Complyance with her Majesty's
Commands
The said Gentlemen went upon the Conference
This Board taking notice that the Delegates had desired
the publick Arms to be lodged in some of the Rooms in the
Stadt House not knowing of any Conveniency therefore
Resolved that It be recommended to the House of Delegates
to cause a small House to be built at the Country charge to
lodge & secure the said Arms therein
And the following message was sent to the house by Col
Addison & Col Tilghman

By the President & Council in Assembly
November the 13th 1713

We do not know any Room in the Court House proper to
lodge the publick Arms &c in And tho' for the present accord-
ing to your desire They may be put in the Chancery or Assem-
bly Offices Yet we think it most fitt that a Small House be
built on the publick Grounds & at the publick Charge on
purpose to lodge & secure the said Arms &c in and wish you
