Council enter the House and deliver Mr Speaker Supple-
mentary Bill to the Act for Probat of Wills &ta Indorsed

By the Council in Assembly,
Eodem Die

Upon reading and debating this Bill at the Board it was
Resolved that in Case such Bill should pass it will be a Means
to prejudice Orphans by undervaluing dead Mens Estates
which are always to be appraised in the Presence of two of
the Creditors who will never be induced to approve of and
sign any Inventory unless at a very low Appraisment since
they know they must be obliged to take the meanest Part of
the Estate in Satisfaction of their Debts for which Reasons as
well as many others we reject the Bill

Resolved the said Bill be referred for further Consideration
next Session of Assembly.
