Subjection; and the Great Seal of the Province was affixed to
the said Articles, and His Excellency made several Presents
to the several Chiefs before mentioned
Ordered that the honourable Col Gale and Col Hammond
agree with a Workman to build a House of Brick for a
Magazine twenty feet long and sixteen feet wide in the Clear
& twelve feet Pitch from the Foundation and to be set as
near the Old Powder House as conveniently it can, and that
the same be paid for out of the money raised by the Duty of
three pence p hhd for purchasing Arms and Ammunition.
