Ordered by his Excellency the Governor with the Advice of
this Board that the present General Assembly which stands
prorogued to the fourth Tuesday of this Instant April be
further prorogued to the fourth Tuesday in May next being
the 22d Day of the same Month and Proclamations issued
accordingly

At a Council held in the Council Chamber on Tuesday the
2d day of June in the 27th year of his Lordships Dom. Annoq
Dni 1741

the Clerk of this Board a Paper inclosing a Commission for a
President of his Lordps Council, which his Excellency is
pleased to seal up, and order to be lodged in the Council Office
