Ordered the said Col Whittington use his best discretion to
Settle the Bounds of the said Indians Lands with them and
make report of what he shall do therein to the Board with all
Convenient Speed. And it is recommended to the House
that Col Whittington be allowed three thousd pds of Tobo
for
his pains and trouble already taken in this Affair
Ordered that Mr John Bosmane Col Richd Tilghman Col
Nathaniel Hynson Mr John Parker Major Josiah Wilson Mr
John Gresham & Mr Joseph Mannings Sheriffs Commissioners
for Queen Anns, Somersett, Kent, Calvert, Prince Georges,
Ann Arundel and Charles Countys be renewed for the
ensuing year
Ordered that a new Commission issue to St Mary's County
Col Henry Law desiring to be excused and that Mr James

Bowles be added to the other five Sitting Justices
The Petition of Thos Edmondson read & referred to the
Consideration of the House of Delegates
The Board adjourned till 8 of the Clock to mor. morn.

the District of Patuxent in pursuance of her Majesty's royal

Major Genl Edward Lloyd Presidt of her Majestys Council the
Moiety of the three fourth parts of the moiety of two shill p
Hhd amounting to the Sum of £ 158..9s..71d
The Board adjourned till eight of the Clock on Monday
morning
