Journall of the house of Assembly Begun the fifth day of
September in the third Yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne
Lady Anne by the Grace of God of England Scotland France
and Ireland Queen defender of the faith &c^a And in the Yeare
of our Lord One thousand Seaven hundred and four.
The house of Assembly being calld by Vertue of her Majestys
Writt of Election issued out of the High Court of Chancery
bearing date the Twenty fifth day of May in the Year of our
Lord 1704 And direct'd to the Citty of S^t Marys and the
Severall and respective County's of this province Commanding
them to make choice of Four sufficient and Able men in each
respective County and two for the Citty of S^t Mary's afd to
serve as Deputys and delegates for the said Citty and Countys
aforesaid to be and personally appear at the Towne and porte
of Annapolis upon the fifth day of Septemb^r aboue recited
being on tuesday in the Year of our Lord 1704 on Which day
