try with Arms & Amunition whereby the Same was misap-
plyed) refunded.
Wee doe desire & direct the said Coll Blakiston our Agent
with all possible Vigour & Diligence to .Sollicite our said
Addresses & if not already ship^t to hasten away the Arms &
Amunition his Ex^ncy has wrote for which will be to the great
Satisfaction of, &c.
Which said Order was Sign'd as well by his Ex^ncy the
Gov^r the Members of her Majestys hon^rble Councill as by
the Speaker of the house of Delegates on the behalf & in the
Name of the whole house.
Came Coll John Contee & brought the Severall Addresses
to her Majesty & the Lord high Treasurer from the house &

acquainted his Ex^ncy that the house had nothing before them
His Ex^ncy acquaints him that he waits their coming up to
the Councill Chamber.
The Journall of Acc^t assented to & Sent to the house
Then Came M^r Speaker accompanied with the Members of
the house of Delegates & brought with him the sevll bills
following which he presented to his Ex^ncy viz^t

1 A bill for Advancement of Trade & Erecting Ports &
Towns in the Province of Maryland
2 A Bill Incouraging the making Hemp & Flax
3 A Bill prohibiting the Exportation of European Com-
oditys
4 A Bill declaring Several Acts of Parliament of the
Kingdom of England to be in force within this Province
5 A Bill for Dividing & Regulating Severall Countys on
the Eastern Shore & Erecting a new County by the name of
Queen Anns County.
6 A Bill for Erecting a Parish on the North side of Elk
River in Cecill County
7 A Bill for Suspending the Prosecution of Romish
Priests &c
8 A Bill for uniting Newport hundred to W^m and Mary
Parish in Charles County
9 A Bill for Naturalization of John Baptist Tyler
10 A Bill to sell the Freehold of Abraham Naylor apply-
ing the money to the uses in his Will &c.
11 A Bill to make null & void a Deed from Thomas Ed-
mundson to W^m Edmundson
12. A Bill investing certain Lands in J^no Whittington
13. A Bill declaring the land law to be in force
14. A Bill for apportioning the Publiq Levy for this present
year, 1706
