The third Sessions of Assembly begun and held at the Town
& Port of Annapolis in Ann Arundel County the fifteenth Day
of May 1 705 and from thence by his Excellency John Seymour
Esq^r Cap^t Gen^l and Governor in Chief in & over her Majestys
Province of Maryland & the Territories thereto belonging by
several Writs of Prorogations prorogued to the 17^th Day of
May instant and in the third Year of Her Majesty's Reign
&^ca Anno Dom. 1705.
At which Time the House being met were called over &
