A Bill Impowering a Comittee to lay Assess & aporcon the
publiq Levy of this Province for this Present Year 1705
To every of which Bills the Great Seale of this Province
was affixed & Every of them Subscribed by his Ex^ncy thus
viz^t Maryland May 25th 1705 on behalf of her Ma^ty &c
I will this be a Law

thereby Enacting and making them into Laws
After w^ch his Ex^ncy the Governour was pleased to Prorogue
the Generall Assembly of this Province till the 24th of Iuly
next.
