Councill and Assembly of this Province and the Authority of
the same That the Act of Assembly made at a Generall
Assembly begun and held at the Port of Annapolis the
twenty Seventh day of June in the Year of our Lord Sixteen
hundred ninety nine Entituled An Act ascertaining the bounds
of Land and every Clause Matter and thing therein Contain'd
is hereby declar'd to be and remain in full force and effect to
all Intents Construccons and Purposes whatsover to the end
of the next Sessions of Assembly this present Sessions not
having leizure fully to Consider thereof.

An Act Declaring the Act Entituled An Act for the Punish-
ment of Persons Suborning Witnesses and Comitting willfull
and Corrupt Pjury to be in force.

Be it Enacted by the Queens most excellent Majesty by and
with the Advice and Consent of her Majestys Governour
Councill and Assembly of this Province and the Authority of
the same that the Act of Assembly Intituled An Act for the
punishment of persons Suborning Witnesses or Comitting
wilfull and Corrupt pjury And every matter Clause and
thing therein Contain'd is hereby declared to be and remaine
in full force and effect to all Intents Construccons and
purposes w'soever to the end of the next Sessions of As-
sembly This present Sessions not having leizure fully to
Consider thereof.
