to such Officers as aforesaid shall after the end and expiration
of his time of Servitude to his Master satisfy and pay unto
the Comissioners of the County who payd such his ffees for
him to the sheriff & other Officers as aforesaid for the use of
the County such sums as they have paid as aforesd and the
severall Comissioners of the Severall Countys shall and are
hereby empowered to make Inquisition after all such Servants
Criminalls for whom the County hath defrayd the said ffees to

the sheriff and other Officers as aforesaid and they the said
Comissioners according to their best Discretion shall Cause to
be entred rules for the said Servants to make such reasonable
satisfaction to the County as they shall think fitt and in such
Manner as they shall find Convenient. And for the better
security of the County which shall pay such ffees for such
Criminall Serv^ts as aforesaid,
Be it Enacted that the Master Mistress or Dame of all such
servants be and are hereby enjoyn'd and required at the Expira-
con of the time of all such servants servitude to such Master
Mistress or Dame to render and deliver up to the Sheriff of
the County for the use of the County aforesaid such Servants
Criminalls as aforesaid under the penaltys to such Master
Mistress or Dame refusing or neglecting to Deliver up such
servants as aforesaid of making Satisfaction to the County all
such ffees as by the County aforesaid have been paid for such
Criminall as aforesaid and such Sheriff to whom such Crimi-
nall Servant shall be delivered as aforesaid is hereby required
to receive & secure such servants Criminalls as aforesaid so
that he be & appear at the then next County Court to be held
for the said County to be disposd of as the said Co^rsts shall
Consider.
