Jt. is humbly offerrd to the consideration of the house of
Delegates Whither it may not be of Service to the Countrey
that A Certaine Sume of money be raisd & Iodgd in the hands
of some Able Merchant or Merchts in England ready to be
calld out upon any such occasion for the better encouragement
of the persons negotiating this Affaire And whither or no it
may not be thought of Service to the Countrey that some
person be appointed by the house And sent home with such
pacquetts for their more Safe and Speedy Conveyance.

Which reporte being read and debated to the first parte
thereof this house Concurrs with the Conferrence &
Resolvd that An Address to her Maty may be prepar'd, but
As to the last Clause this house thinke there's no Occasion of
raising Money at this time for negotiating that Affaire And
for the same reason no Occasion of sending Any person home
As by that last Article in the reporte is proposed.
Bill for limitting A time After wch no grant or pattent shall
be made upon Certificates Ascertaining What time Quiett
possession Shall make A title.
Read the Ist time and put to the Question whither the bill
shall lye for further consideration or be rejected.
Carryd by Majority of Voices that the same be rejected.
Bill for marking highways &c.
Bill for better Admstration of lustice of Coty Corts both read
the Ist and 2d time and by Especiall order do pass. & the bill
for Appeals & regulating Writts of Error
Bill for releife of Credittors against Bankrupts
Sent up to the Councill by Mr Iames Maxwell Mr Iames
Phillips and Mr Thomas Beale.

This house haue Considerd the charge of the Great Seale
&ca and upon debate thereof haue come to the following
Resolves.
120l tob is the true and propper fee Setled by law on the
Great Seale for passing any bill As Coming under the Genll
Clause in the last part of the parragraph in the Act for Officers
fees.
ad that the same fees Wee are content be Allowd the great
Seale for such Bills as shall pass this or future Assemblys out
of the publiq Stock Except private bills made for private
