Jt is humbly represented to his Ex^cy the Governour her
Maj^ts honoble privy Councill and the Gen^ll Assembly that
According to Agreement by us made the 3^d day of May 1700
With A Comittee of the house of Delegates for A Roome in
the Freeschoole to place the library in from that time to the
third Instant the Sume of Fifty two Founds Sterling for rent
for the said Library roome is due And further Wee do repre-
sent that the other parte of the schoole hath been before that
