Given under Our hand and Seal at London this twenty Lib. M. ninth Day of January in the seventeenth year of Our Domi nion Annoq Domini 1731 By His Lordships Command C B Cecils Calvert
Ordered Proclamations issue publishing the said Dissents, and that the Dissents be delivered to the Clerk of the Secre tarys Office to be recorded in the said Office It is the Opinion of this Board that New Commissions issue to the several County Courts of this Province in the usual Manner as before the making the Act Entituled an Act for p. 41 ascertaining the form of the Oath of Judge or Justice made at a Session of Assembly begun and held at the City of An napolis the fifth Day of October Anno Domini 1725, and that the Words in the Oath now to be taken by the several Magis trates be varied from the present form, and that Dedimus issue to qualify the sd Magistrates by the Oath of Office here tofore taken before the making the said Act. His Excellency having produced to this Board his Majestys Instructions together with a Letter from his Grace the Duke of Newcastle One of the Secretarys of State in Relation to the Treaty of Sevile with the Spaniards, Ordered Proclama tions issue publishing the same, and it is likewise Ordered that several of the sd Proclamations be printed ; in Order to be affixed in the several Offices of the Naval Officers and Collectors of his Majestys Customs within this Province, that all Persons concerned may have Notice thereof; Proclama tions issued in the following Words.
