                          the 2d 1722

                    You are hereby Ordered to examine and bind over in

                  Sum equal to those already bound over in the same Case all

                  such persons as shall upon examination appear to be good

                  evidences against Isaac Taylor and Elisha Gatchel to give

           p. 90  their Evidence against the said Taylor and Elisha Gatchel in

                  the Provincial Court to be held at  the City of Annapolis in

                  chief Iustice and the rest of his

                  Brethren the Justices of Cecil County

                    Upon Application made to the Board by John Young Ar

                  mourer that hig Sallary due for cleaning the Armc Attendance

                  on the Council and other publick Services may be paid him

                  the year being expired the 11th day of January last.

                    Ordered that Colo Samuel Young Treasurer of the West

                  ern Shore be directed to pay the said John Young his Salary

                  and the following Order was made out thereupon vizt

                      By the Governor and Council March

                                 the 2d 1722

                    You are hereby Required to pay to John Young or Order

                  the sum of forty Pounds Sterling being his yearly Sallary for

                  cleaning the Arms &c ending the eleventh day of January
