appeare to the said Commissioners that they have sustained
for or by reason of their becoming Special bayle as aforesd
and that such pson or psons that shall Purchase all or any of
the said Lands of the Trustees and Commissioners Aforesaid
shall by Virtue of such Purchase have a firm and sure Estate
in fee of in and unto such Lands as shall by the said Trustees
be sold unto them by Virtue of This Act any Law Statue or
Usage to the Contrary notwithstanding and Be it Enacted
further by the Authority aforesaid that the said Colo William
Whittington Capt John West and Mr Peter Dent do forthwith
upon the receiving the Proffitts and Issues by the Sale of such
Lands Pay and Satisfy such damage unto the said Arnold
Elzey and Richard Chambers as they shall upon oath make
appeare to be due to them and that they have Sustained by
Reason of their becoming Special Bayle as aforesaid.
