Purchaser by the said Executors they the said Executors
shall with all convenient Speed discharge Pay and Satisfy
unto the Svall Creditrs of the said Nicholas Millburne
as afd out of the moneys and Proffitts arising by such
their Sale of all or any the said Millburnes Estates their
Just Claimes and demands so farr forth as the same will
Amount to And that such moneys and Proffitts arising by such
Sale or Sales as aforesaid shall be and are hereby made to be
Assetts in the said Exr hands for the uses Intents and Pur-
poses afd and for which they shall be Accountable to the
Comry Generall or Judge of Probat of wills in this province as
by Law they are Subject for the said Nicholas Millburnes
psonall Estate any Law Statute or Usage to the Contrary in
any wise notwithstanding

An Act Reviving an Act for Limitation of Officers fees.
Be it Enacted by the Queens most Excellent Majty by and
with the Advice and Consent of her Majties Governeur and
Councill and Assembly of this Province and the Authority of
the same that one act of Assembly made at a Generall Assem-
bly begun and held at the Port of Annapolis the twenty Eighth
day of June for the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred
and ninety nine Entituled an Act for Limitation of officers fees
