a Comittee appointed for Elections and priviledges sent out
and the Indentures delivered for Ann Arundell County dele-
gates.
Peticon of Maj^r James Maxwell read and the consideration
thereof is referred to the Committee of accounts.
The ace' of Coll^o Loyd for cleaning of Arms in Talbott
County was here Read and Resolved the same be satisfied.
Therefore ordered th^t it be endorsed, To his Ex^cy for satis-
faccon thereof which was accordingly done.
M^r W^m Dent produced his account for cleaning of Arms in
Charles County am^o to 09^l.. 18^s.. 6^d which was here read and
approved and ordered to be endorsed to desire his Ex^cy to pay
the same according to ordinance of Assembly.
Coll^o Edw^d Loyd and Coll^o W^m Holland enter the house and
delivers M^r Speaker the following Engrossed Bills.
Bill prohibitting abuses comitted by Wood's Rangers.
Bill prohibitting horse races on Saturdays.
Bill confirmeing Manns Testament.
Bill for Releife of Kent and Calvert County's.
Bill for Naturallization of Hermanus Schee and others, to-
gether with the originalls
Committee of Election and priviledges enters the house and
Reports that M^r Charles Greenberry and M^r Lawrence Draper
are only Elected for Ann Arundell County.
Resolved Nemine Contradicente th^t a p^rsent of ffower hun-
dred pounds Sterling be made his Ex^cy for his signall Services
done to this province and message for that purpose sent as
foll^o viz:

May it please Your Ex^cy
We doe againe acknowledge your Ex^cy wise and just con-
duct and Government and the care you have taken to lessen
the charge & Expences of this province which wee are sensi-
bly affected with and as a gratefull recognicon thereof we de-
sire your Ex^cy to accept of fower hundred pounds Str: to be
paid out of the first money that cann be raized after those
burthens that are upon us.
