The Second Sessions of Assembly held the sixteenth of
March Anno Dom: 1701/2 at the Porte of Annapolis.

Whereas the Gen^ll Assembly of this Province was by his
Ex^cy Nathaniell Blakiston Esq^re his Maj^ty Captaine Gen^ll and
Governour in cheife in and over his Maj^ts Province of Mary-
land and the Territory's thereunto belonging by Severall Pro-
rogations prorogued to this sixteenth day of March in the
fowerteenth Yeare of his Maj^ty Reigne &c.
The house being mett were called over. The Severall
members following appeared viz:
