                        by the 26th of this instant May in Ordr to make

                Oath to the Same before the whole Assembly.

        

        

        

                Justices & Ordered that Some of the Honrd the Justices of

                Grand Jury of

                the Provll the Prov” Court and Grand Inquest for the Body

                Court Order'd of this Province do on Munday morning next goe

                to View & give

                their Opinion and View the State House work and Return their

                abt the pub. Oppinion unto his ExncY and Council under their

                lick Buildings hands respectively whether the same be Substan

        

        

                tiall and workman like so farr as is done and that they after

                wards veiw the foundation of the Church, and ditch begun to

                be made without the Gate and in like manner returne their

             p. 483     Opinion about the Same with all Convenient Speed, which

                was as follows Vizt

                  We the Justices as well as the Grand Jury are of Opinion

                tht the Work about the State House is Strong Rough work,

                the Leakes in the Shingling being made tite; as for the

                Church what appears to Us we do think very good and well

                Contrived if there be a quick set Hedge Planted it will be better.
