that you have had at Albany so long and sharp a winter: but no Lib. H. D. doubt yor Exncys being there hath hindred Count ifrontiniack's resisting those parts; for he could not be sensible how hot a Reception you would have given him after his cold March. I am in hopes tht before this, (yor Exncy is aforehand to New York) and in perfect health, after so long and troublesome a fategue— I have an Accot that the Ship which saild from hence in the ifall and Carryed yor Exncys pacquets, was Safe Arrived at ifalmouth in October last, and I am to thank you for sending me my pacquet which came under yor Cover from Whitehall; but it was of an Old date; We are in dayly hopes of the Arrivall of the two men of Warr, which you will see by the inclosed News which Came by the last Ship are design'd to strengthen our Convoy This day I design (God willing) for Virginia, in Order to send my Letters: for I suppose the ffleet will not sail till towards the middle of Aprill, and perchance, if those men of Warr come in (not so soon) I don't know whether yor Exncy has as yet seen the Kings Speech and the Address of House of Commons; so they are herewith sent you by him who is Yor most humble Servt Postscript.—If please God I meet with) ffr: Nicholson any late News; upon my Return, it shall be dispatcht to yor Exncy by ffr.
