Lib. H. D. by the said Ship brought to some Port of England, Ireland, Wales, or to the Port or Town of Berwick upon Tweed, and be there unloaden & put on Shoar the danger of the Seas only excepted. And for all Shipps comeing from any Port or place to any of the aforesd Plantacon who by this Act are permitted to trade there That the Governr of such English Plantations shall before the said Ship or Vessell be permitted to load on Board any of the said Comodities take bond in manner & to the vallue aforesaid for each respective Ship or Vessell That such Ship or Vessell shall carry all the aforesaid Goods that shall be Loaden on Board the said Ship to some other of the English Plantations, or to England, Ireland, Wales, or Berwick and that every Ship or Vessell wch shall Load or take on board any of the afores' Goods untill such bond be given to the sd Governr or Certificate produced from the Officers of any Cus tom house of England, Ireland, Wales, or Berwick tht such Bond hath been there duly given shall be forfeited wth her Guns, Tackle Aparell and furniture to be employed & recovered as therein is directed. You are to take notice that tho by the sd Act the word (Ireland) is to be inserted in the Condicon of the Bonds & permission thereby given to bring p. 154 the Enumerated Plantacon Comodities to Ireland as well as to England Wales or Berwick yet by the aforesd Act for regulat ing the Plantation trade wch being expired was revived and is now in force the word (Ireland) is to be left out of the Condi tion of such Bonds. And you are not to permitt any Ships or Vessells to Load any of the Enumerated Goods upon any Certificates of Bond haveing been given in Ireland, but in that case before they lade any of the said goods they are to pro duce Certificates of bond given in England, Wales or Berwick under the hands & Seales of the Customer & Comptroller of the Customs or their Deputies in such Port from whence the respective Ships shall come Signed also by four or more of Comissrs of the Customes in England or to give Bond to your self or the person appointed to receive the same with good security as aforesaid. And if any Ship or Vessell shall Load or take on Board any of the said Comodities until such Bond given or Certificate produced. The said Ship or Vessell is forfeited wth her Guns &ca to be recovered & divided in man ner asis therein directed. Fifthly You shall carefully examine all Certificates wch shall be brought to you of Ships giving securIty in this King dom to bring their ladings of Plantation goods hither, as also Certificates of having discharg'd their lading of Plantation goods in this Kingdom pursuant to their security and where there shall be reasonable ground of suspition that the Certifi cate of having given security in England is false, in such case you or the person appointed under you shall require and take
