if they have met with any obstruction in their Loading; Lib. H. D. through means of any Neglect of any People of the Countrey and whether there be any thing wherein this Governmt can be assistant to them in forwarding their dispatch and that Ordr should be given accordingly; Saying tht his Mats intrest is very greatly Concern'd in this Affair as well as the good and intrest of the Subject therefore will'd them to Speak who make Answer that they are not sensible of any thing in that nature and that they can Say no more then they have done but Referr themselves wholy to Capt Daniell to Reprsent their Case to the Comodore to which Capt Dan” makes answer that he has already given the Comodore an Accot of as much as has been say'd now (by Letter) and that he will personally at his Going Down give him a further Accot. He is desired (if the Comodore alter his Resolution) for to send up an Express thereabout both by Land and by Water for which Care shall be taken to make to make satisfaction. The honrble Coll: John Addison and Thomas Brooke Esq Came and were Aded. Afterwards Capt Daniell being called aside was asked by his Exncy if he had any thing further to say in this matter who says he has not. He is desired to Reprsent the Case truly to the honrble the p. 456 Coinodore who says he will. The foregoing proceedings are by Ordr read over to the Genti. last Come, who doe well approve off, and Agree to the same.

The Proceedings yesterday taken were again Read over to the Genti. of the Councill this day Come; they approving thereof and Agreeing to the same.
His Exncys Comunicacon Hig Exncy is pleased to Demand of the Board that they would deliberately Consult and give with his Mats honrble their Advice whether it will not (upon this Councill abt calling an Emergency of Affairs) be absolutely necessary Assembly &Ca for the Calling of an Assembly considering the Great Number of Ships that are likely to Stay behind; & what is best to be done therein—the wch being deliberately and maturely Debated it is Resolved upon as followes, Vizt
