         Trade &ca Lre We herewith all send you a Duplicate of our

         to his, Exncy former Letter Dated the 25th of September last:

           Since WCh time not having R€cd: any thing from

          you, We shall in the first place confirm what we

         then advised you, Vizt That the Design of Setling Admiralty

         Courts in all his Mats Plantacons (Proprieties as well as others)

         is still Carryed on, and we doubt not but will be shortly

         effected: By wch means we Suppose the Occasion tht you

         formerly mentioned for an Exchequor Court, & for attaining

         of Juries will not only be taken away in the Province of Mary

         land but a great Check given to the Progress of illegal Trade

         in other places.

          In the next place, we are to acquaint you that three Ministers

         Mr Richd Sewell, Mr Thomas Cockshut, and Mr Stephen

         Bordley having been appointed by the Lord Bishop of London

         for the Province of Maryland, but not having had the Accus

         tomed allowance of 20 lb a peice towards the defraying of their

         charges, out of his Mats Treasury here his maty has been

         pleased to direct Us to write to you that the sd sum of 20 lb

         a peice be paid to Each of them, after their Arrivall there, out

         of such money as may be Spared from the other Vses of the

         Governmt

          But now we must go on to acquaint you with other things p. 91

         of publick Concernment, wch are Comon to that with other

         Colonies and Plantations—His Maty has been pleased, upon

         Complaints tht have been laid before him of the irregular

         conduct of Some of the Comanders of his Ships of Warr
