                50: wheelbarrow Irons—10: whereof to be kept in Ann

              Arrundell County and 4: a peice to be sent to Each of the

              other Counties.

                48: Steele Spades—8: whereof to be kept in Ann Arrundell

              County and 4 a peice to be sent to Each of the other Counties.

              48: Shovells—8: whereof to be kept in Ann Arrundell County

              and 4: a peice to be sent to Each of the other Counties.

                60: Barrells of Shott Vizt 20: of Musket—20: of Carabine—

              and 20: of Pistoll Bullets.—2: of Each Sort to every County,

              except Kent.

                38000: fflints—3460: to be sent to to Each of the Counties.

                Ordered that all the foregoing Armes &ca be lodged with

              the Colonell of each respective County to which they are sent

              and that those armes &ca wch are kept for Ann Arrundell

              County be lodged within the Port of Annapolis None whereof

              are to be medled with or made Vse off, upon any occasion

              whatsoever, unless in Case of invasion or insurrection, which

              God fforbid.

                Kent County, if in Want, of any of the foregoing things

              they have not, being so nigh to this, place, may be Supplyed

              from hence.

           p. 42  This Board have thought Convenient that the sd Arms &Ca be

              divided and dispersed as afore Expressed, by reason his Maty

              has no ffortification here and therefore think this way will

              Conduce most to his Mats Service.

              venient Opportunity's may now Offer by some of the members

              of the House or Suitors of the Provll Court.
