     to Mr Tho. is Signifyed their being fully Authorized &

     Robinson read  ,

     & Order'd to   Empowr d to Call to Accot and Receive from all

     be Enter'din   Cofiianders Officers and other persons whatsoever

     the Council

     Bookany ways Concern d in and abt the taking Con

     demning of any Prize Ships Goods &ca of what

     Nature Soever (brought for Condemnation into these Ameri

     can parts Portugall and Italy) his Mats full part and proportion

     of the Same. A Letter of Attorney under the hands and

     Seals of the sd Earle of Romney and Mr Glover being thereto

     Annexed both attested under the Seal of Mayorallty of the City p. 502

     of London and a Notary Publicks hand & Seal Impowering

     the sd Mr Robinson fully to Act and doe in the prmises within

     his Mat5 Province of Maryland and the parts Adjacent accord

     ing to the Utmost Extent of the sd Commission.

     Mr Tho:   Produced also a Commission to the Mr Rob

     Robinson & al Commission inson and others under the Seal of his Mats high

     out of the Court of Admiralty in England Dated the 17th day

     Admiralty for

     putting the of September Anno 1696: for putting the Com

     Ld Romneys mission of the sd Earle of Romney &ca in due

              Execution within this Province wch were all

              Ordered to be Recorded in the honrble the Secryrs

     Office or Counci!l Book (which he thought most fit) Com

     manding all persons Concern'd to Yield due Obedience and

     Conform themselves thereto accordingly and that a Just Accot

     be given of what Prizes have been here tryed and Con

     demned and what his Mats part of the Same is, which Accot

     is to be Given by his Mats Receiver and a Copy of the Pro

     ceedings by the Register of his Mats Court of Vice Admllty

     here within this Province upon the sd Mr Robinsons application

     for the Same.

     abt takin Copy's of of what Councill proceedings either of them should

     Councill pro- stand in Need off in Relation to an Action now

     ceedings &c: depending betwixt them, which was accordingly

     Granted.
