                 pet. Approved well for to Answer the Vallue of the Judgmt to

                 off & Granted

                accordingly.   his Maty in Case the Writt of Error be not prose

                         cuted with Effect or that his sd Maty may not be

                 barr'd from any legall proceedings on the sd Iudgmt or Bond

                 the Petitionr may be discharged from Execution.

                 vntill Esq day, who writes him word that he hath Some
