        Vnderneath which Report was writ as followes.

        I have formerly declared my Opinion to Mr ffreeman that

      a Supersedeas to the Sheriff of Talbot County will not Barr

      the Sherriff of Ann Arrundel County to Serve an Execution

      upon any person in his County.

        L: complt that Mr Robert Gouldsborough did acquaint him

              he heard it Reported the sd Sr Thomas had beg'd

      of his Mats all the fforfeited Navigation Bonds. Ordered that

      the said Mr Gouldesborough be sent for; who accordingly

      Came; and being asked his Author for that Report does say,

      that Mr Sam” Withers told of it, telling him he heard it at

      Annapolis: to Which he made Oath.

      Mr Samii  Ordered that the sd Mr Withers be sent for,

      Withers sent

      for to Answer  forthwith to Appear before this Board to Answer

      Sr T: L: &ca And that the Sherriff of Talbot County Serve

      complaint  .

               this Ordr upon him; and that he faile not to Come

      accordingly, at his perrill.
