pay the Same So by this Act Limitted and Allowed it Shall
and may be Lawfull for the Chancellor, Secretary, Judge for
Probate of Wills &c. Surveyor Generall or his Deputies
Sherriffe Coroner Clk of the Councill Clerk of the Court of
Appeals the Severall Clks of the County Courts Cryer of the
Provinciall Court and the Severall Clks of the County Courts
to recover the Same by way of Execution ag^t the Goods
Tobbacco or Chattells of the person or persons So refuseing
