ffor every Certificate of Survey be the Quantity more or less
five pounds of Tobbacco
ffor the Resurvey of one hundred and fourty Acres of Land
or under made with a Circumferenter Chaine and other Neces-
sary Instruments four hundred pounds of Tobbacco, for resur-
vey of any quantity of Land above one hundred and fourty
Acres double ffees above Specifyed for Survey in all respects
Except it be Otherwise Limitted by the Act for Ascerteining
the bounds of Land.

And So pro Rato for a Longer time

And if any Execution be for above one hundred 050
and under five hundred p^ds of Tobb^o
If it Exceed five hundred pounds of Tobb^o then 100
If it Exceed one Thousand then for the first Thousand 100
And every Thousand afterwards 050
And after the Same Rate for money or Tobb^o
And it is hereby declared That is the true Intent and Mean-
ing of this Act the Severall Sherriffs Shall have no more ffees
then for what shall Appear to be Justly due upon Such Execution

And the Same ffees for leavying any Attatchment for any
Sume whatsoever money or Tobb^o or the Value thereof in any
Goods or Merchandizes Provided the Same be Condemned
to the use of the pty Plaintiffe Attatching the Same and prorato
for Such p^t thereof as shall be Condemned but if no Part shall
be Condemned that shall be Attatched that then the Said
Sherr shall have onely ten pounds of Tobbacco for returning
the Writt aforesaid and no more.
