Acquainted abot the Susquehanah Indians.
Seeing the House have thought fitt to Lay South River and
Severne River fferrys Aside it is proposed tht all other pub-
lick fferrys be Laid Aside.
The Vote of the House abot Mr Masons being Continued
Treasurer is disasented to by this Board.
That if the house will not Agree to Settle the Methods of
holding Assemblys, that then a Law be made to Confirme what
has been been Already done in tht Perticular.
The proposall for deciding differences between Mrs & Ser-
vants is not yet Effectually Answered nor provided for Con-
sidering no Law of England nor of this Province tollerates
any Courts proceeding by way of peticon in Such Case.
The proposall for an Ordinance to pass against those per-
swade or entice the people out of the Province is Not yet
Answered.
The Clause in the Rt Honourable the Lds Comissionrs Letter
as to what Encouragmt might be given to such disbanded
Souldjers as had a mind to Transplant themselves hither & the
Quere what becomes of the Servts heere Imported not yet
Answered.
